Online video Information:Stereotyping In Boston I am a pupil at Suffolk University. I take an impartial study program. For my challenge I have to make a audio video clip to generate two credits for this training course. For my venture I have to shoot time lapse tunes movie of Boston. ( landscape/ the individuals of Boston/ Site visitors/ Sunrise/ Sunset ect.) On February 19th I made the decision to commence filming my project. I took the MBTA Subway about Boston to film at different locations. I decided to go to the Prudential Middle to film a portion of the online video. For this shot I had the Prudential Center in frame and I was shooting a ten minute segment for my songs video. Towards the end of the shoot a guy looked above to what I was filming and arrived above to me and asked why I was filming the Prudential Center. I explained why I was filming it, and he hinted to me that he imagined I was a terrorist. Goes to display you how racism/stereotyping still exist right now. Just so the viewers know, I am Indian. I was adopted from India. I am also a filmmaker, and audio online video creation is my focus. There is no way I was doing any act of terrorism act. I am a filmmaker generating art. I hope you realize this scenario, and how this can have an effect on other humans, who were judged based on their appearance.
